Come getaway in this beautiful location with a view of Snow Canyon, and close to Zion's national park. We support all the major events in St. George with the Ironman, SG Marathon, state events, senior games, and more. This is our vacation home and we would love to share it with you!
Everything you need for a wonderful stay! Located right by Southgate Golf Club and just down the street is the amazing Tonaquint Park with bike and walking trails, huge all ability play ground, water splash pad with Big T Rex, and a Train that gives rides around the park.
Near by Tennis Courts and Pickleball courts, plus the amazing theatrical experience available at Tuachan Ampitheater, beautiful hiking and touring in Zions National Park, and fun UTV trails.

- Well taken care of 3 bedroom 2 full baths home with all the custom features, nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
- Open kitchen and living room style with double oven, gas stove, pantry, etc.
- Custom master bath room with large tub and double head shower. Custom large walk-in closet.
- Each bedroom has it's own large TV for a quite retreat.
- Incredible back yard view of the red Snow Canyon mountains
